Before opening her own firm, Rhonda practiced law at Bay Street firms known for their expertise in labour and employment law.  Most recently she practiced as “of Counsel” to an international firm with top-tier labour and employment law ranking.

Rhonda has an extensive knowledge across every facet of employment and labour law. An experienced workplace investigator, pragmatic problem solver and skilled advocate, she has an impressive track record of providing workplace parties with strategic advice and effective solutions to address a wide range of issues.

Rhonda is also a highly respected educator, trusted mentor and engaging speaker, with the versatility to communicate effectively with corporate executives, union leaders, human resource professionals, and workers at all levels.   

With over 17 years of experience as a lawyer on Bay Street, and 35 years of experience as an educator, Rhonda has earned the reputation for approaching her work with integrity, professionalism and passion.
